child’s academic performance, skills, and abilities will contribute to piece a treatment plan to help the child succeed in school. Using assessment and evaluation is an ongoing process that measures any change in the student. Continuous monitoring will occur in order to make revisions of the student’s goals. Assessment and evaluation are an intervention to assure that no child falls behind from their peers. With the help of the school, professionals, and the parents, the child has the opportunity to overcome the challenges in learning.
